I ordered this item and the service was great. The only problem is that what they show and tell about is different than what they are selling. Check the product discription, which they tell you to do. They show and tell about a Fly Reel but the product discription says it is a spare spool and that is what it is. I would order from them again, but only after double checking the product description. I feel that they sort of false advertise their products. They did accept the return and credited my account right away. Though I'm out the $5.95 shipping and another $2 something for return shipping.
